Land Preservation Workshop for National 
Scenic and Historic Trails

The Partnership for the National Trails System held a Workshop on Land Preservation for National Scenic and Historic Trails on October 11 and 12, 2006 in Nashville, Tennessee. The Partnership for the National Trails System is proud to share the excellent Powerpoint presentations and the materials from this workshop. Topic 1:  How do you define the lands to be acquired or protected in order to establish the trail, provide visitor access, and preserve natural/cultural resources and the user experience?
